Build the platform connecting buildings to the futureSmart Point is a fast-growing prop-tech company redefining how people interact with buildings. Our amenities SaaS platform, AI-driven services, Smart Locker ecosystem connect last-mile logistics, everyday services, and premium amenities — creating seamless, building-centric experiences across residential, office, and hospitality spaces. As we scale across markets, we're expanding our tech team to accelerate product development and platform intelligence.About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to join our scaling tech team and play a key role in developing and evolving our SaaS platform and AI agent infrastructure. You'll collaborate closely with the tech team across the full development lifecycle — refining frontend & backend features, participating in code reviews, and continuously improving and deploying platform functionality. This is a practical, impact-driven role for someone who enjoys ownership, speed, and building real products used by thousands of people and buildings.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain services for our SaaS platform.PHP (mainly Laravel) to extend and maintain our core business logic.Node.js / Typescript on backend and frontend (mainly Vue.JS)..Build and maintain APIs used by web apps, AI agents, and external partners.Fluency with Linux environments and docker containers.AI Agent & Automation PlatformSupport the development and integration of AI agents that automate operations, support, and service delivery.Help connect AI workflows with real-world building and service data.Data & PerformanceWork with relational databases (MariaDB) and caching layers (Redis, Memcached).Optimise queries, performance, and system reliability as the platform scales.Collaboration & DeliveryParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies.Collaborate closely with product, operations, and leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.About you:6–10+ years experience as a Full-Stack Developer.Strong, hands-on experience with PHP/Node.js in production environments.Experience with APIs, databases, and scalable SaaS platforms.Comfortable working with SQL and caching technologies..Curious about AI, automation, and agent-based systems.Pragmatic, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving scale-up environment.Experience in prop-tech, SaaS, marketplaces, or platform businesses is a plus.Familiarity with AWS is not required but will be a plus.Why It MattersYou'll be building the core technology that connects buildings, brands, and services — shaping how physical spaces become intelligent, service-enabled ecosystems.
