We are seeking an experienced Tax Advisor / CPA in Spain to join us as an Independent Contractor. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Spanish taxation for foreign residents, wealth tax planning, and compliance for autónomos. You will work directly with international clients, providing high-quality tax advisory services, filing, and representation before Spanish tax authorities. Key Responsibilities Advise and assist foreign residents in Spain with personal and corporate tax matters. Provide expert guidance on Beckham Law applications, Spanish wealth tax, and expat tax compliance. Manage accounting, tax filings, and gestoria services for autónomos and small businesses. Collaborate with Agroup Consulting's international team to ensure clients receive comprehensive, cross-border solutions. Maintain a client-focused approach, offering clear communication in English and Spanish. Requirements Licensed CPA (Spain) or equivalent professional accreditation. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Master's in Taxation/Fiscal Law. Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience, with proven expertise in Spanish taxation for expats. In-depth knowledge of Beckham Law, wealth tax, tax treaties and autónomo compliance. Professional-level English (spoken and written). Experience advising international clients and expats in Spain. Strong ability to work independently and remotely. Contract Details Independent Contractor role (remote). Flexible collaboration with assignment of Agroup Consulting's clients in Spain.
