Join MCI Spain as Booking and Travel Manager (Dedicated Pharma Account)We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Booking and Travel Manager to join our Pharma Unit, working exclusively with one of our key accounts in the pharmaceutical sector. This is a unique opportunity to combine travel expertise with project management skills, delivering exceptional experiences for a global client. What will be your Responsibilities:Master multi-trip coordination, managing a high volume of travel arrangements across trains, flights, other transport and accommodation with precision and care.Create exceptional client experiences by handling every interaction with professionalism and warmth. You listen actively, respond promptly, and communicate clearly whether by phone or email with the final client.Adapt and resolve challenges with confidence, professionally and quickly handling changes, cancellations, and unforeseen situations, including emergencies.Validate all income and expenses and optimize resources, by monitoring budgets with a sharp eye. You proactively identify deviations, manage invoicing and payments, and keep stakeholders informed, guaranteeing transparency and control.Ensure every travel arrangement aligns perfectly with the client's travel policy, leaving no detail unchecked. You take the time to understand the guidelines, apply them consistently, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.Collaborate with the Meetings & Events team, providing hands-on support for specific events when needed. What We're Looking ForYou bring at least 2 years as a Travel Booking Agent, preferably in the business travel (corporate travel) sector.You have in-depth expertise in Amadeus, confidently using the platform to book a wide range of travel services with speed and accuracy. With several years of hands-on experience, you feel completely comfortable integrating Amadeus into your daily workflow. In addition, you bring strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.You are a clear, professional, and persuasive communicator in both written and verbal interactions with clients, able to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English.You stay effortlessly organized, juggling multiple priorities with grace and precision. You thrive under pressure, turning complexity into clarity and delivering results that inspire confidence.You have a sharp eye for the details, because you know that excellence lives in the small things. Every booking, every budget line, every email reflects your commitment to perfection.You are an AI & data-savvy person, you use AI tools responsibly, work with prompts and contexts, recognize where technology can make processes more efficient and you are willing to keep learning about this subject.Bonus points if you have: Cvent User, Travel Agent certification, Amadeus Certification and Portuguese (not mandatory).
