We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our implementation team. This is not just a requirements-gathering role; you will be a hands-on solution expert. You will bridge the gap between complex insurance business needs (across Life, General, and Health lines) and the technical configuration of the INSIS platform. Your goal is to translate client processes into high-quality user stories and configured solutions, ensuring we maximize the platform's standard capabilities. Key Responsibilities Analyze and map client business processes to Billing & collections and accounting modules. Lead requirements workshops and write clear, testable user stories for configuration, customization, and others. Perform hands-on configuration in INSIS to define financial business logic. Act as the subject matter expert on core INSIS functionalities and insurance concepts. Collaborate with development teams on development specifications and support QA testing activities. Validate that the configured solution meets business requirements and adheres to best practices. Carry out Ad Hoc duties and tasks that are allocated to you at the discretion of management and that are within your capabilities and within the scope of your post. Demonstrate and champion Charles Taylor Values by ensuring Agility, Integrity, Care, and Accountability and Collaboration. Required Skills Proven experience (5 years) within the insurance industry (Life, General/P&C, or Health). Strong understanding of the insurance financial processes and business logic. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Advanced English level (written and oral) Preferred qualifications: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, including writing effective user stories. Demonstrable experience with a core insurance platform (e.g., INSIS, Guidewire, Duck Creek, TIA, Sapiens).
