We work every day with our candidates and employees to guide them in their professional careers, and with our clients to achieve joint growth and success.At Gi Group, from our Barcelona office, we are looking to hire an HR Administrative Support for a 6-month temporary assignment at the World Trade Center Barcelona . The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources department, supporting both Spain and Germany in a dynamic, international environment.Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as drafting employment letters (employment verification, salary certificates, promotion letters).Prepare and maintain reports and databases.Digitize and electronically archive documentation.Provide administrative support to the teams in Spain and Germany.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.Professional fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written).Knowledge of German is a plusAdvanced Microsoft Office skills.Basic understanding of HR processes and administrative systems.6-month temporary contract via ETT.~ Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.~ Hybrid work model: remote work on Mondays and Fridays; office-based the rest of the week (World Trade Center, 08039 Barcelona).~ Immediate start.~
