If you are looking for a new challenge and would like to take part of international projects within a multinational IT firm, this is your opportunity#128640; We are hiring a Service Catalogue ManagerAt NTT DATA , we are seeking a highly skilled Service Catalogue Manager to take ownership of the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Service Catalogue . This pivotal role ensures that all IT services are accurately documented , easily accessible , and aligned with business needs , enabling efficient service delivery and user satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Service Catalogue lifecycle, ensuring it reflects current and planned services.Collaborate with service owners, architects, and delivery teams to define and update service entries.Maintain metadata, taxonomy, and classification for all services.Coordinate with Change, Release, and Configuration Managers to ensure catalogue accuracy.Support the digitalisation and automation of the Service Catalogue (e.g., integration with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools).Enable self-service capabilities and ensure service request workflows are properly linked.Monitor service usage, feedback, and performance to identify improvement opportunities.Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and organisational standards.Provide regular reports and dashboards on service catalogue usage and updates.Required Skills and Qualifications~ Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.~3–5 years of experience in IT Service Management or Service Design.~ Strong understanding of ITIL v4, especially Service Catalogue and Service Portfolio Management.~ Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).~ Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.~ Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientationWhy NTT DATA?Competitive compensation package.Flexible hybrid working model.A mentor to support you with your employee experience.Continuous learning opportunities & sponsored certifications (Udemy, languages etc.).Clear career paths & a developmental 360° feedback framework.An international dynamic within a fast-paced working environment.The opportunity to work in a diverse environment with talented colleagues.At NTT DATA, we believe everyone is unique and different, this is why we bet for an inclusive culture that recognizes and values diversity.
