A Project Finance Senior Manager whose functions, among others, will be:Lead the execution of transactions internationallyManagement of the advisers of the different transactionsReview/Execution of financial models for Project Finance and M&AAnalysis of investment/divestment opportunities in renewable energy projectsAnalysis of financial sensitivities (main variables, analysis of deviations, etc.)Preparation of analysis and monitoring documents for internal CommitteesKnowledge of the infrastructure market and energy marketPreparation of offers for auctions and PPAsCollaboration with the rest of the Financial and Business Area teamsRequirements:Minimum of 10 years of relevant analytical experience, preferably in Renewable Energy industry or other project-driven environmentDegree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business AdministrationExcellent spoken and written English.
