Responsibilities:Lead and guide junior analysts, fostering best practices and continuous learning.Translate complex business requirements into analytics solutions, choosing the best tools form the full toolkit.Drive transformation of current systems into scalable, agile reporting frameworks, apply industry best practices.Engage stakeholders to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.Requirements (Must-Have):Extensive experience with Adobe Analytics implementation and reporting.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage projects independently with high-level direction.Preferred (Nice-to-Have):Experience with Google Analytics reporting and experimentation tools (e.g., A/B testing platforms).Familiarity with multi-tool ecosystems for holistic business insights.5+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise environments, capable of navigating complex setups and delivering robust analytics solutions.
