Quality Assurance Specialist At our facility in Sevilla, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to play a key role in shaping the future success of our organization. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the aeronautical sector is required, including structural construction and wiring/cable loom expertise. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your responsibilities will include inspecting and verifying compliance with processes and design data, performing visual incoming and first article inspections, creating and following up on quality reports, and providing feedback and support to production on quality-related issues. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and verify compliance with processes and design data for aircraft structures and systems Perform visual incoming and first article inspections of parts, components, and related documentation Create and follow up on quality reports (defects, QNs) in case of deviations, conducting root cause analysis and developing containment and corrective actions Provide feedback and support to production on quality-related issues Requirements: Relevant engineering degree or aircraft production technician qualification with consolidated experience Proficiency in physical inspections of components and technical drawings A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the aeronautical sector, including structural construction and wiring/cable loom expertise Experience in using MS Office and SAP, as well as knowledge of common xohynlm Aviation quality standards and regulations Proficiency in English (B2 Level), with German being an advantage What We Offer: A committed and international team environment Support for training and opportunities for personal and professional development The opportunity to be part of something significant: contribute to the development of a new facility in Sevilla and shape its future success Opportunities for career advancement within our organization and broader network A supportive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and encourages leadership
