Legal Counsel

We are present in more than 35 countries with a professional team of more than 11,500 people.We have an opportunity for one of our Division on the Legal Area. We are looking for a Legal Counsel to manage german speaking markets, among others.The main functions of the position will be: - Ensure the review all contracts and generate "Exception List" prior to the submission of tenders.- Collaborate in the final negotiations of all contracts.- Ensure collaboration with the Purchasing Department in order to carry out negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.- Draw up check list gathering all milestones in the framework of the Contract for Project Managers, to ensure the correct development of dealings with customers and suppliers.- Monitoring and ensuring the Project Managers ́ compliance of all project milestones described in the provided check-list.- Drafting of claims and order change requests in collaboration with Project Managers.- Collaboration in the negotiation of order change requests and claims.REQUIREMENTS:- Graduate in Law with a Master's Degree.- Perfect written and spoken German essential.- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
