You will:Support eCommerce customers via phone and chat with questions about online orders and deliveriesHandle store overflow calls and log customer inquiries in our CRM systemsDeliver consistently great customer experiences — and help us make them even betterFollow clear processes that set you up for successPotentially expand into email and social media support in the futureCollaborate with your team to hit goals and celebrate wins together What we're looking forYou don't need to tick every box, curiosity, motivation, and a people-first mindset matter most.You'll feel right at home if you:Are bilingual or fluent in Dutch and advanced in EnglishAre customer-focused, adaptable, and eager to learnCommunicate clearly and confidentlyManage your time well and enjoy working toward shared goalsAre comfortable using computers, Microsoft tools, and the internetDon't meet every requirement?
