About Galtea:Galtea is building the Quality Assurance stack for AI products. Our team blends strong technical expertise with a product mindset, and we're scaling fast.About the Role:We are looking for our first Marketing hire, a hands-on Product Marketing Lead who will define Galtea's voice and positioning in the AI developer ecosystem. You will translate complex technology into clear narratives, support go-to-market for new product features, and collaborate closely with the founders, product, and sales teams.We are especially interested in candidates who have worked in fast-growing startups or scaleups and can build marketing foundations that evolve with the company's growth. You will also lead initiatives that build credibility with enterprise audiences, such as whitepapers, webinars, events, and case studies, ensuring a coherent message across all channels.Key Responsibilities: • Develop product positioning, messaging, and competitive insights for Galtea's platform. • Partner with product and sales teams to build go-to-market plans and launch strategies. • Create clear, compelling content for developers: product explainers, technical blogs, docs, videos, etc. • Build and maintain Galtea's marketing assets (website, case studies, demos). • Measure impact of marketing initiatives and iterate based on results.Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in Product or Technical Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI/Developer tools. • Experience working in a fast-growing startup or scaleup environment. • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both developer and business audiences. • Strong writing and storytelling skills in English (native or near-native level). • Experience with content creation, product launches, and GTM execution. • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What We Offer: • Very competitive salary • Stock options • Strategic role with high visibility and growth potential • Direct collaboration with founders and exposure to top AI companies
