Se trata de un entorno altamente técnico, con plataformas que gestionan grandes volúmenes de tráfico y que dan soporte directo a operaciones, experiencia de cliente y herramientas internas clave para el negocio.Actualmente, buscamos incorporar un/aSenior Full Stack Developer (React, Typescript)para reforzar el equipo de Engineering en Barcelona, participando activamente en el desarrollo y evolución de aplicaciones web críticas y servicios backend de alto impacto.ResponsabilidadesDesarrollar y mantener SPAs de gran escala en React, utilizadas por miles de usuarios.Diseñar y mantener APIs REST en entornos de alto tráfico.Participar en decisiones de arquitectura, rendimiento y calidad de código.Optimizar sistemas existentes y contribuir a proyectos greenfield del roadmap.Trabajar de forma transversal con producto, negocio y otros equipos técnicos.Actuar como referente técnico, apoyando a perfiles más junior y colaborando con otros seniors.Proponer mejoras técnicas y contribuir a la mejora continua del producto y la plataforma.RequisitosExperienciaAl menos 4 años de experiencia como desarrollador/a Full Stack o similar.Experiencia sólida desarrollando aplicaciones React en producción.Valorable: Experiencia con PHP, preferiblemente utilizando Laravel.Experiencia trabajando con APIs REST, bases de datos relacionales y sistemas de caché.Conocimientos de arquitectura, diseño de sistemas y optimización de rendimiento.Conocimientos técnicosReact (SPAs de gran escala).JavaScript y TypeScript (o interés en trabajar con ambos).Bases de datos relacionales (MySQL u otras).Buenas prácticas de desarrollo, testing y control de versiones (Git).Qué ofrecemosContrato indefinido y jornada completa.Proyecto estable en una compañía tecnológica de alto crecimiento.Modelo de trabajo híbrido en Barcelona.Horario flexible, con cultura basada en la confianza y la autonomía.Entorno técnico exigente, colaborativo y orientado a la calidad.Participación en proyectos con impacto real en el negocio y visibilidad interna.Buen ambiente de trabajo y cultura de equipo muy cuidada.
