We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.What we offer at Digital Silk:A work culture focused on mutual success and continuous growthCompetitive pay and scheduled yearly raisesShares in the company – share in profit upon company saleChallenging projects and opportunity to work with great team membersWork-from-home opportunity4 weeks paid time offResponsibilities:Lead email marketing strategy and executionManage client email activities, including lifecycle, engagement, and promotionsDevelop engaging email flows for different industriesCollaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to create campaign messaging and newslettersSegment audiences for better engagement and resultsUtilize email automation software for campaign optimizationAnalyze campaign performance and suggest improvementsOptimize lead nurturing workflowsConduct A/B testing to improve email KPIsEstablish a reporting framework for data-driven recommendationsEnsure compliance with industry policies and best practicesSupport marketing campaigns with email and landing page creationRequirements:5+ years of relevant email marketing experienceProven experience working in one or more marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Dynamics365)Experience managing marketing automation programs and email deploymentsExtreme attention to detail in testing and quality assuranceStrong written and spoken communication skills in EnglishFamiliarity with updating and manipulating HTML and VML for emailsHas a strong understanding of international email compliance laws and how they tie to marketing automation best practicesAbility to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks)We are a growing digital agency and are seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.Recruitment steps:Apply via LinkedInReceive a short questionnaireSend back answers + CVHave a short call with our Recruitment TeamHave an interview with our Hiring ManagersGet feedbackWe kindly ask for your CV and all correspondence to be in English.
