Key responsibilities • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. • Monitor overdue accounts and perform regular aging analysis. • Communicate with customers regarding billing, payments, and disputes. • Ensure accuracy of AR records in compliance with accounting standards. • Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies. • Support monthly closing, reporting, and audit requirements. • Prepare AR reports and provide insights to management. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives in AR management. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. • 3–5 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience, preferably in multinational companies. • Strong knowledge of AR processes, invoicing, and reconciliation. • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel). • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. • Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan and Chinese are a plus. • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
