Currently, we serve tens of thousands of retail customers in more than 50 countries and regions around the world, including many of the world's top 100 retailers. 2026 Global Management Trainee Program For overseas graduates (who graduates from Q2 2025 until July 2026) with majors in Computer Science, Telecommunications and other related fields: after completing a rotational training program (3-6 months) at headquarters, you will be assigned to a full-time role in our office in Madrid. Career Development Paths: Overseas Country Representatives, Solutions Specialists and Technical Experts Position Technical Support Engineer Your Tasks and Responsibilities •Be responsible for level 1 technical support, which may include hardware and software installation, system deployment, maintenance, upgrading, emergency handling, troubleshooting, debugging, ESL templates design, training etc. •Handle customer complaints of product problems, prepare tickets and coordinate R&D for escalation. •Establishment, maintenance and management of after-sales channels, timely warning and improvement of products with major quality problems. •Regularly summarize customer complaints and technical experience, contributing to knowledge management (SOP, guidelines, etc.), Learning & Sharing. Majors Computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering and other related majors Languages Excellent command of English and Spanish, Chinese would be a plus.
