The role focuses on hands-on market development and day-to-day sales activities, requiring strong relationship-building skills, cultural awareness, and a proactive, field-driven approach.Key Responsibility's of the Role:DELIVERY- Identify and develop new business opportunities.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international partners.- Ensure smooth order fulfilment by analysing gaps, addressing issues, and acting as a liaison between Customer Service and the client.- Reviewing current sales and customer development in all sectors of the market primarily looking to sell through Wholesale sector and then the specification markets in each market.- Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.- Oversee the organisation of all company interface with customers including the local requirements.- Establish long term customer relationships with ranging and sales collaboration in each sector matching the targeted sales direction for the countries.- Research to understand customer segments and product levels in each market- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to support market growth and brand visibility. xsgfvud- Prepare and execute the annual sales budgets and monthly sales forecasts for the assigned markets.- Monthly sales report to International Sales Director
