La persona que se incorpore tendrá un papel clave en el diseño e implementación de la estrategia de observabilidad desde cero.¿Ser referente técnico en observabilidad, diseñando e implementandosoluciones end-to-endque permitan monitorizar, analizar y optimizar sistemas en entornos productivos.Configurar, desplegar y mantener agentes de monitorización,especialmente agentes Java en entornos productivos.Definir y configuraralertas, SLOs y dashboards operativos(Grafana / Prometheus).Integrar y explotar datos de logs enElasticsearch.Colaborar estrechamente con equipos deSRE, DevOps y desarrollopara la correcta instrumentación.Elaborardocumentación técnica y runbooks operativos.#Stack y experiencia requeridaPrometheus(recolección de métricas y alertado).Grafana(dashboards y alertas).Elasticsearch(ingestión y consulta de logs).Experiencia sólida coninstrumentación de aplicaciones Java en producción.Conocimiento de pipelines de logs (Logstash, Beats o equivalentes) — valorable.Experiencia integrando soluciones de observabilidad en entornos cloud y despliegues automatizados.Perfilsenior / experto, autónomo y con capacidad dediseñar y ejecutar la solución.Experiencia real enimplementaciones de observabilidad(no solo operación).Background enSRE, infraestructura o plataformas, o perfiles de datos con foco en logs y métricas. xohynlmMentalidad práctica, orientada a la estabilidad y la mejora continua.100 % remoto~ Horario flexible~ Proyecto estable dentro de un servicio gestionado de largo recorrido~
