PUESTO: TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER MISIÓN: Liderar, coordinar, y ejecutar proyectos dentro del departamento Técnico de Azora FUNCIONES: La persona seleccionada realizará principalmente las siguientes funciones : Análisis y estimación de costes Planificación Contrataciones de servicios técnicos, concursos Definición de producto y características Gestion de licencias Ingeniería de valor de proyecto Concursos y adjudicaciones de obras Control en obras de contratista único o por lotes Gestion y control de obras económico y planificación Ingeniería de valor en obra Gestion y control de calidades Propuesta y definición de tipología de instalaciones adecuada a producto Conocimiento y conciencia de ESG Experiencia en certificaciones medioambientales Liquidación de obras y control de garantías Recepción de trabajos Entrega de trabajos a operadores, arrendatarios, o compradores REQUISITOS Al menos, 4 años de experiencia profesional previa en empresa promotora, constructora, de project management, o consultoría, Licenciado/graduado en Ingeniería, o arquitectura técnica o superior, Idiomas: español e inglés avanzado Conocimiento de uso de Autocad Conocimientos de SAP Conocimientos avanzados del paquete Office: Excel y Power Point COMPETENCIAS Iniciativa y proactividad Trabajo en equipo Polivalencia Capacidad numérica y analítica Capacidades de negociación Orientación a resultados Flexibilidad y adaptación al cambio
