ChangeGroup (a Prosegur's company) is looking for a Legal Counsel located in Madrid with hybrid work model.What will be your mission?Drive all legal matters for ChangeGroup, retail FX-services subsidiary of Prosegur Cash, with presence in 20+ airports and 200+ branches in more than 15 jurisdictions across the globe. The Company is expanding its international presence and it is immersed in the modernization of its the value proposition for more sophisticated and digitized customers.You will also advise the CEO of ChangeGroup and the Head of Legal of Prosegur Cash Group.What will be your main duties?Legal: lead all legal matters across multiple jurisdictions, providing strategic and hands-on legal advice to the CEO. Negotiate commercial agreements (primarily public concession and lease agreements), coordinate with external counsel, and monitor and interpret regulatory developments to ensure business alignment and risk mitigation. Manage corporate governance matters, including the preparation and maintenance of board and shareholder resolutions across group entities.Licensing & Regulatory Support: obtaining and manage the company's portfolio of operating licenses and registrations in different jurisdictions, acting as point of contact with regulatory authorities where required.Governance & Transformation — Provide clear, practical, and solution-oriented legal advice to support new products, strategic projects, and market entries.
