Con presencia internacional y un equipo en constante evolución, queremos contar contigo para formar parte de nuestro equipo de IA¿Cuáles serán tus funciones como Artificial Intelligence Engineer?Te encargarás de diseñar y desarrollar servicios de inteligencia artificial generativa para crear soluciones innovadoras y eficientes. Diseñar y mantener arquitecturas RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) robustas y escalables, alineadas con los objetivos de producto. Mejorar la precisión y relevancia de las decisiones y respuestas de los LLMs a través de la implementación de técnicas de prompt-engineering. Orquestar agentes inteligentes que integren múltiples herramientas y memoria conversacional, aplicando patrones avanzados de IA generativa. Diseñar e implementar soluciones escalables con tecnologías serverless en AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, DynamoDB...). Desplegar y mantener servicios mediante contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes) y automatización con Terraform. Asegurar la observabilidad y trazabilidad de los modelos LLM usando herramientas como Langfuse o Langsmith. Documentar y comunicar los resultados y avances a líderes y managers de manera clara y concisa. ¿Qué buscamos en ti?Conocimientos sólidos de Python. Experiencia real con Langchain, LangGraph, arquitecturas RAG y agentes. Conocimiento profundo de LLMs del mercado (OpenAI, Bedrock, Anthropic...). Experiencia en bases de datos vectoriales y recuperación semántica. Conocimiento práctico en observabilidad de LLMs. Experiencia en despliegue cloud con AWS (especialmente en arquitecturas serverless). Uso de herramientas como Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform. Inglés nivel medio (B1). Valoramos también:Experiencia en Github Actions y flujos de CI/CD. Experiencia en diseño y mantenimiento de APIs con FastAPI.
