Google Ads Expert (US Hours)We're looking for a Senior Search Team Lead to join our growing digital marketing team.You'll be responsible for leading client success, ensuring campaign excellence, and driving measurable growth across diverse industries.Key Responsibilities:Communicate effectively with clients during US business hoursOversee and review Google Ads accounts to maintain top performance and adherence to best practicesDevelop and implement growth strategies across Search, Display, YouTube Ads, and Google ShoppingConduct account audits, performance reviews, and optimization checksStrategize and execute demand generation campaigns for white-collar lead generation and eCommerce clientsProactively address client questions, performance concerns, and opportunities for improvementEnsure client satisfaction through clear communication, reliable reporting, and consistent resultsSupport and guide team members to maintain high-quality campaign deliverySkills & Qualifications:Proven experience managing Google Ads for both eCommerce and B2B/lead generation clientsStrong understanding of demand generation, conversion optimization, and paid media funnelsHands-on experience with YouTube Ads, Google Shopping, and Performance MaxAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insightsExcellent communication and client management skillsExperience leading a small team or managing multiple client accountsGoogle Ads Certification preferredIf you're a proactive leader who thrives on optimizing performance and driving client growth — we'd love to hear from you.
