Rôck&Villa is looking for an Architect (Technical Development & Project Coordination) to join our studio in Palma de Mallorca.We are seeking an architect who is comfortable working across both technical development and project coordination, combining a strong ability to produce high-quality technical drawings with the capacity to coordinate and lead projects from beginning to end.The role is designed for a strong mid–senior profile who enjoys developing projects in depth, translating design concepts into clear and refined technical documentation, and progressively taking responsibility for the overall coordination of projects. You will work closely with the founders on high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, within a growing studio with international visibility.The RoleDevelopment of architectural and interior design projects from early stages through executionPreparation and coordination of detailed technical and construction drawings, including interior design packagesTranslation of design concepts into aesthetically strong, clear, and precise technical documentationCoordination of assigned projects, acting as a key point of contact from the studioCommunication with clients, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and external collaboratorsCoordination of timelines, technical information, and deliverables across different project phasesInvolvement in leading projects end-to-end, depending on experience and project scopeClose collaboration with the founders and the rest of the studio teamProfile we are looking forQualified architect8–15 years of professional experienceStrong experience in technical development and executionStrong eye for interior design and attention to detailProficiency in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD or RevitAbility to produce well-structured, visually clear, and accurate technical drawingsComfortable balancing hands-on technical work with project coordination responsibilitiesOrganised, proactive, and reliableConfident in collaborative and client-facing environmentsFluent English (mandatory)Experience in hospitality projects is desirableWhat we offerJoining an exciting, growing design studio with strong international exposureWorking on high-quality, design-led projects in residential and commercial sectorsA role that combines technical development and project coordinationDirect collaboration with the foundersClear opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibilityA friendly, flexible, and creative studio environmentOn-site position in a centrally located studio in Palma de MallorcaCompetitive salary, aligned with experience and responsibilitiesApplicationInterested applicants are invited to apply by EasyApply or by sending the following to info@rockandvilla.comCVPortfolioExamples of technical drawingsA short note explaining why you would like to work with Rôck&VillaPlease include "Job Application – Architect" in the subject line.
