Por favor, lea la descripción al menos una vez antes de hacer clic en "Solicitar".Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalentIn a typical day as a Senior Software dev/L3 support Engineer, you would:Be responsible for troubleshooting all L3 cases open for complex products and platforms, including finding the cause of the issue, solve the issue, testing, and generation of patchesWork on Container deployment flavor of the product as well which is recently releasedWork closely with L2 support, development and delivery teams to analyze, debug, and resolve product issuesGood programming skills in any language xohynlm [Java, Python, Shell scripting] with objects, Linux, Unix scripting (Bash)Knowledge/Willingness on Virtualization and Containerization technologies (Docker & Kubernetes)CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible
