Has llegado a tu sitio.As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead end-to-end analysis for high-impact financial software projects. You'll act as the bridge between stakeholders, product teams, and developers, guiding the entire lifecycle from discovery to delivery and post-go-live support.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:1. Gather & Analyze Requirements.- Lead discovery sessions to elicit business needs and align on objectives. Translate complex requirements into clear, structured business specifications and documentation.2. Model Workflows & Processes.- Define and diagram current and future-state business workflows. Identify automation opportunities and process improvements.3. Design Conceptual Data Models.- Collaborate with data architects to define and document high-level data structures. Ensure data alignment across systems during migrations or integrations.4. Create Mockups & Prototypes.- Develop wireframes and UI mockups (using tools like Figma, or similar). Work with UX teams to validate user experience and business logic.5. Define Acceptance Criteria & Test Plans.- Create detailed acceptance criteria and support UAT execution. Coordinate validation of functional deliverables with stakeholders.6. Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.- Lead user training sessions and develop supporting materials. Provide hands-on support during go-live and stabilization phases.7. Support Agile Delivery- Collaborate with Scrum teams: participate in grooming, planning, reviews, retrospectives. Write and refine user stories in JIRA/ConfluenceEXPERIENCE- Certificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master.- 9+ years in business analysis roles, preferably within banking, fintech, or system transformation contexts. Proven track record in workflow definition, data modeling, prototyping, and training.EDUCATION- Certificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Deep domain expertise (lending, payments, compliance)- Solid understanding of conceptual data models and system integration- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user story creation, and sprint management- Competence in wireframing/mockup tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, etc.).- Excellent communication skills (English required, Spanish required).- Proactive and Solution-oriented mindset.- Good change management.- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Excel.- Technical background would be a plus (basic SQL, Appian, Pega)
