If you enjoy transforming complex data into actionable insights and want to grow your career in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity.️ What you'll doAs aBusiness Intelligence Manager , you will:Define and implement theBI strategy and roadmap , translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.Build, maintain, and optimize arobust BI infrastructure , including data models, dashboards, and reporting tools.Collaborate with leadership, business units, and IT teams to understand reporting and analytics needs.Ensuretimely delivery of BI projectswhile maintaining high standards for data quality, governance, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).Manage BI tools and data platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, MySQL, Data Lake) and explore new technologies to improve capabilities.Lead, mentor, and develop the BI team, including data analysts, report developers, and data engineers.What we're looking forWe are seeking a candidate with:Bachelor's or Master's degree inComputer Science, IT, Data Analytics , or a related field.7+ years of experiencein BI, data architecture, or analytics roles, including2+ years in a managerial position .Strong expertise inSQL, data modeling, and ETL processes .Hands-on experience with BI tools ( Power BI, Tableau ) and cloud data platforms ( AWS, Azure, GCP ) and data warehouses.Solid understanding ofdata governanceand modern data cataloging practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Fluent in English.EU citizen or valid work permit to work in Spain.What we offerJoin amotivated, international teamwhere your ideas make a difference.Work onchallenging projectswith real impact.Professional development, mentoring, and growth opportunities.Flexible, collaborative, and agile work culture.Access tostate-of-the-art tools and technologyto support your work.How to applyIf this sounds like you and you want to take your BI career to the next level,send us your CV or LinkedIn profile .
