Our Systems Engineering Competence Centre leads the technical architecture of satellite platforms, from early concept to on-orbit operations. We are currently working on multiple ESA and commercial projects, applying cutting-edge technologies to shape the future of space.As a Senior Space Systems Engineer , you will play a key role in the design, development, and verification of complex spacecraft systems. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will drive performance, reliability, and innovation across all mission phases.Performing trade-off analyses, simulations, and optimizations for mass, power, cost, and performanceCoordinating hardware and software integration across subsystemsLeading anomaly resolution and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycleProven experience in spacecraft systems engineering and subsystem coordinationProficiency in space design and analysis tools (CATIA, NASTRAN/PATRAN, ESATAN, FASTRAD)Ability to analyze and verify system configurations under operational constraintsKnowledge of Python or other scripting languagesTechnical writing and familiarity with space-related standardsBachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or a related field~ Master's or PhD is a plus~Fluent English (minimum B2 level)Spanish is a plusInnovative and Cutting-Edge Space Projects: Work on pioneering aerospace initiatives.#Hybrid Work Model: Balance remote work with in-office collaboration.Flexible Work Hours: Personalized growth plans and continuous training.#Private health insurance, restaurant card, transportation card, and more.#Individual training budget, team-building activities, social workspaces.
