Andesite Partners is delighted to be working with a leading Madrid-based private equity firm to recruit 2–3 Investment Associates as part of a planned expansion of the investment team in Q1 2026.The firm invests in high-quality small and mid-sized businesses, partnering closely with management teams to drive long-term value creation. This is an excellent opportunity for high-calibre investment professionals to join a well-established platform with a strong track record in the Spanish mid-market.The RoleInvestment Associates will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior team members on live transactions and portfolio support. Responsibilities will include:Origination support, including market mapping, screening and initial investment analysisFinancial modelling, valuation analysis and investment memo preparationCommercial, financial and operational due diligence supportActive involvement in transaction execution, including coordination with advisersOngoing portfolio company analysis and value creation initiativesDirect exposure to senior management teams and investment committee processesKey Requirements:~3–6 years of total professional experience~ Background in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, corporate finance or strategy consulting~ Strong financial modelling and analytical skills~ Demonstrated interest in mid-market investing and value creation~ Spanish national, with full professional fluency in Spanish and English~ Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentWhy ApplyJoin a high-quality investment team with an established reputation in the Spanish marketBroad deal exposure across the full investment lifecycleClear development path and long-term career progressionCollegiate, high-performance culture with close senior-level interactionAndesite Partners is acting as the exclusive advisor on this mandate.
