Joining us means working on cutting-edge solutions that make AI faster, greener, and more accessible — and being part of a company often described as a "quantum-AI unicorn in the making."We offerCompetitive annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.Two unique bonuses: signing bonus at incorporation and retention bonus at contract completion.Relocation package (if applicable).Fixed-term contract ending in June 2026.Hybrid role and flexible working hours.Be part of a fast-scaling Series B company at the forefront of deep tech.Equal pay guaranteed.International exposure in a multicultural, cutting-edge environment.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Growth Operations & Administrative Support Assistant to support the Growth team across public-sector opportunities, innovation initiatives, and business development activities.While the initial focus of the role will be on supporting European public tenders and procurement processes, this position is designed to evolve into a cross-functional operational support role, providing administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the broader Growth department (innovation + business development).Key ResponsibilitiesTender & Public Procurement SupportIdentify and monitor relevant public tender opportunities across subscribed portalsConduct competitive intelligence related to tenders, including:Identifying competing companies, consortia, and joint venturesAnalyzing bid prices, discounts, and value propositionsReviewing evidence and documentation submitted by competitorsSupport post-bid analysis, including:Comparison of MVC scores vs. competitorsPricing strategies and lessons learnedIdentification of improvement areas for future bidsAssist with bid preparation and submission, including:Generating ESPD and other procurement-related documentationManaging document signing workflows and submission logisticsAssembling and validating required documentation for tender envelopesGrowth Operations & Internal SupportProvide administrative and operational support to the Growth team (innovation and business development)Maintain and update internal databases related to tenders, competitors, partners, and bidsSupport internal organization and coordination, including:Tracking deadlines, deliverables, and documentation across initiativesHelping structure internal processes related to Growth activitiesCompile and maintain CVs of technical and business profiles and verify technical certificationsSupport the preparation of internal and external documentation (e.g., proposals, partner materials, internal reports)Act as a central point of coordination for documentation and administrative workflows within the Growth departmentRequired QualificationsDual degree in Business Administration (ADE) and Computer Science / InformaticsStrong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a structured mannerStrong written communication skills in a professional environmentAbout Multiverse ComputingFounded in 2019, we are a well-funded, fast-growing deep-tech company with a team of 180+ employees worldwide.
