We're looking for a professional, customer-oriented Receptionist to be the friendly face of our spa and help keep daily operations running smoothly.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a warm demeanor that reflects the tranquil atmosphere of our spa. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients feel welcomed, valued, and well-cared for from the moment they step through our doors.Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism Manage appointment bookings and scheduling efficiently Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries Process payments and maintain accurate records Provide information on spa treatments, services, and promotions Ensure a tidy and welcoming reception area Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth operations Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues professionallyRequirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role Fluent in Spanish and conversational in English (additional languages are a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Comfortable with basic computer tasks Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services is a plus Willing and able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.What We Offer A friendly and professional work environment Competitive salary and potential incentives Opportunities to learn about spa treatments and wellness Generous employee discounts on spa servicesIf you are passionate about customer service and wellness, we would love to hear from you
