Your responsibilities will include:Creating and maintaining production plans and schedules aligned with demand and delivery targetsCoordinating material requirements planning (MRP) with procurement and supply chain teamsMonitoring production progress and proactively identifying risks, delays, or bottlenecksWorking closely with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operationsTracking KPIs and preparing production performance reportsSupporting cost control, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiativesCandidate ProfileThe successful candidate will bring:A degree in Business, Operations, Production Management, Engineering, or a related fieldSeveral years' experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing controlStrong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and MS Office (advanced Excel skills preferred)Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesFluency in English (additional languages are a plus)A proactive, structured approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhat's on OfferThe opportunity to work on advanced aerospace and engineering programmesA collaborative, international, and technically driven environmentHigh levels of responsibility and visibility within the organisationA role where your planning expertise directly impacts production successInterested?If you are looking for your next challenge in a high-performance manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
