The Company Our customer is a technology-based startup with solid funding that is in the midst of expansion. Their mission is to scale smart, and they're building the backbone of our operations on Microsoft Dynamics365. They will hire the selected candidate as an internal and permanent employee Description of the position We're looking for an ERP Financial Solutions Owner for its global operations in Madrid. We are seeking a skilled and proactive candidate, who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make a real impact from day one, with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance and other Financial and Planning tools. Working Experience @ 7+ years hands-on experience in ERP implementation, maintenance, and operations. @ Strong financial literacy and understanding of accounting workflows. @ Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance in multinational environments. Not mandatory but preferred : # Experience with Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools. # Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). # Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements in financial systems. # Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription billing. # Knowledge of data analytics or BI tools (e.g. Power BI). # Exposure to startup scaling challenges (e.g. rapid hiring, international expansion). Soft skills @ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. @ Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment. Key Responsibilities @ Lead and support implementation projects of Dynamics 365 Finance across multiple regions, in coordination with the PMO, including future potential deployments of additional Finance tools (e.g. Procurement, FP&A) @ Ensure system performance, data integrity, and user adoption across departments. @ Collaborate with finance, product, and tech teams to streamline processes and improve reporting. @ Provide hands-on support, training, and documentation for internal users. @ Translate business needs into functional ERP configurations and enhancements. @ Monitor and optimize workflows, integrations, and automation within the Dynamics ecosystem. @ Stay ahead of regulatory and compliance requirements in international operations. @ Manage vendor/partner activities (Microsoft, other SaaS vendors and System Integrators). @ Develop other Digitalization initiatives around automation and AI in collaboration with the Finance Team. Languages @ Spanish: At least B2-C1. @ English: At least B2-C1. Job location Tres Cantos (Madrid). European Union citizen; otherwise, a valid job permit is mandatory. Salary A very competitive salary package. Working from home 3-4 days a week (flexibility available).
