¿Te entusiasma la tecnología aplicada al campo y te motiva impulsar una agricultura más eficiente?Estamos buscando un Customer Support Specialist Agrotech (H/M/X) para una compañía líder en soluciones IoT orientadas a la automatización del riego agrícola.Inscríbase (haciendo clic en el botón correspondiente) después de revisar toda la información relacionada con el trabajo a continuación.La posición es presencial en Zaragoza, con contrato indefinido y desarrollo profesional continuo.Principales responsabilidades del puesto• Brindar soporte técnico de alta calidad a clientes, instaladores y distribuidores, tanto en campo como de forma remota.• Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con dispositivos IoT, sensores y plataformas cloud.• Configurar, verificar y mantener los sistemas eléctricos, electrónicos e hidráulicos asociados a las instalaciones agrícolas.• Impartir formaciones técnicas y capacitaciones a usuarios y distribuidores, asegurando el uso óptimo de la tecnología.• Colaborar con los equipos de ingeniería y producto para la mejora continua de las soluciones implementadas.• Monitorear la satisfacción del cliente y proponer acciones para mejorar la experiencia global de uso.¿Qué estamos buscando?• Formación Profesional de Grado Superior relacionada al mundo agrícola • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en funciones de soporte de campo.• Conocimientos sólidos en electricidad, automatización básica (programadores, relés, sensores) y nociones de hidráulica aplicadas al riego.• Capacidad analítica para diagnosticar y resolver incidencias técnicas.• Habilidades de comunicación, empatía y orientación al cliente.• Permiso de conducir B y disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos a campo.• Dominio de español y nivel avanzado de inglés.¿Qué ofrecen?• Incorporación estable en una empresa innovadora del sector Agrotech, con impacto directo en la sostenibilidad y la transformación digital del campo.• Formación continua y desarrollo profesional dentro de un entorno técnico y colaborativo.• Ambiente de trabajo cercano, horizontal y participativo, donde tus ideas cuentan.• Oficinas modernas en Zaragoza, bien comunicadas y con un entorno dinámico.• Flexibilidad, apoyo y reconocimiento. xohynlm Si te apasiona la tecnología, el trabajo en campo y la mejora continua en la agricultura, esta es tu oportunidad para crecer en un entorno donde la innovación y las personas van de la mano.
