Penalties for non-compliance in quality, cost or deadlines should be communicated to procurement so that they can be managed (commercial communication).- Work with the supplier/provider to develop impact risk mitigation plans and audit and control their internal parameters, coordinating information with the relevant focal point.- Ensure that the group's information regarding supply needs is received, understood and accepted by suppliers.- Manage order information in the system (creation, validation and release) to ensure accuracy and traceability from order placement to receipt.- Identify risks in a timely manner using preventive management, and define, analyse and escalate such problems.
