Technical Team Lead – Full-Stack (React / Node.js) — Madrid (Hybrid)We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead who can guide a team of 5–7 engineers while remaining hands-on in development. You'll work on a modern cloud platform that helps global companies meet sustainability, reporting, and compliance standards — including key regulations like:German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)Whistleblower protection requirementsEU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD)This platform is designed for large-scale, enterprise use — built to run serverless, with no concerns around infrastructure, scaling, or failover. Your leadership and technical decisions will directly shape how the platform evolves.The role is based in Madrid, with a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site). Responsibilities:Lead the team by example — writing clean, scalable code and reviewing contributionsDefine technical best practices and own key architectural decisionsRun agile processes: stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectivesTranslate product goals into clear technical solutionsMentor engineers, support growth, and create development opportunitiesExplore new technologies to improve performance and maintainabilityRequirements:Previous leadership experience (Team Lead / Tech Lead / Senior capable of leading others)Strong experience with React, Node.js, TypeScriptComfortable working in agile, fast-moving environmentsAbility to break down complex problems into simple solutionsClear communicator — able to align with technical + non-technical teamsLeadership focused on enabling others to succeedEnglish C1 required — German B1+ is a bonusWant to lead a team that builds technology with real global impact?
