Puedes consultar nuestras ofertas de empleo en acertto.es.Estamos seleccionando un/a BESS Design & Engineering Lead para incorporarse a proyectos internacionales de gran escala en el ámbito de solar fotovoltaica y sistemas de almacenamiento con baterías (BESS), dentro de un entorno EPC altamente técnico y exigente.Se trata de una posición estratégica de liderazgo técnico, orientada a profesionales senior que quieran consolidar su perfil en ingeniería de diseño y toma de decisiones técnicas en proyectos de referencia a nivel mundial.Funciones principales: Liderazgo técnico en el diseño e ingeniería de sistemas BESS en plantas solares utility scale.Definición de arquitectura técnica, criterios de diseño y soluciones optimizadas.Coordinación de equipos de ingeniería multidisciplinares.Interlocución técnica con proveedores y stakeholders internos.Revisión y validación de ingeniería básica y de detalle.Soporte técnico en fases críticas: ejecución, FAT, commissioning y puesta en servicio.Participación en estudios eléctricos, simulaciones y definición de lógicas de control.Requisitos:Ingeniería Eléctrica, Energía o similar.Trayectoria senior (10+ años) en proyectos energéticos.Experiencia sólida en diseño e integración de BESS en entornos EPC.Background en proyectos utility scale y contextos internacionales.Conocimiento profundo de Li-ion, PCS, BMS, EMS y conexión a red MT/AT.Uso habitual de herramientas de simulación y diseño (ETAP, HOMER, MATLAB/Simulink u otras).Inglés fluido.PropuestaParticipación en proyectos internacionales de máximo nivel técnico.Rol de liderazgo en diseño, con visibilidad y peso en decisiones clave.Condiciones competitivas y apoyo a la movilidad internacional (según destino).Estabilidad y continuidad en proyectos EPC de largo recorrido.En Acertto Talent Linkers creemos firmemente en la diversidad y la inclusión.
