About Grahana (grahana.com)At Grahana, we are joining the era of human expansion. We are a fast-growing company operating at the intersection of high-end real estate and luxury hospitality, managing a portfolio of top-performing villas in exclusive locations like Marbella. We believe in unlocking the hidden potential of every property through design, smart pricing, and world-class management. With a presence across Spain, Portugal, and Italy, and eyes set on international expansion in Mexico and the Dominican Republic, we are a high-energy team with the ambition to redefine the luxury rental and development market.MissionThe mission of this role is to act as the "operational right hand" to Grahana's leadership team, specifically supporting the CEO and acting as a key link with the Board. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution, taking full ownership of operational complexity and project management to free up leadership focus. Your success means projects move faster, construction milestones are met without fail, and Grahana's operational engine runs smoothly across our Mediterranean sites and beyond.Job FunctionsOperational Execution & Process Follow-up: Take full ownership of task lists and project boards (Monday.com) to ensure every action item is completed. You are the "owner" of the follow-up, removing that burden from leadership.Project Management & Site Monitoring: Oversee promotion and construction-related operations on the ground in the Málaga/Marbella area, ensuring architects and builders deliver on time and to Grahana's standards.Provider & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a diverse range of stakeholders (lawyers, public administration, site workers, etc.). You must be a sharp player—rigorous and solid in negotiations, yet diplomatic and emotionally clever to solve complex bottlenecks.Reporting & Strategic Documentation: Generate real-time reports and high-level presentations to provide leadership with clear visibility on project status, risks, and KPIs.Ops Crisis management: Proactively identify operational gaps and step into the "battlefield" to solve urgent issues, maintaining a calm, results-oriented approach under pressure.Main RequirementsExperience: 5–6 years of professional experience in operational roles or project management. Experience in a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG), McKinsey, or BCG is highly welcome, though not a prerequisite.Startup/Scaleup previous experience is highly desirable.Technical Background: Experience in Business Planning, Engineering, Architecture, or Business with a strong interest in Real Estate/Construction.Strategic Execution: Exceptional ability to prioritize in fast-paced, unstructured environments. You are highly adaptable and comfortable navigating "troubled waters," translating complex goals into actionable plans.Languages: Spanish (Native/Bilingual) and English (Proficiency).Education: University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or similar.Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Málaga/Marbella (Essential for site presence).Skills (Hard & Soft)Hard SkillsExpertise in project Management tools (Monday.com or similar).Advanced reporting and presentation skills (Slide design and data visualization).Knowledge of construction processes, site monitoring, and basic legal/admin requirements for Real Estate.Operational KPI management and budget tracking.Soft SkillsHigh Resilience & Operational Grit: A "thick-skinned" approach to high-stress scenarios and a preference for direct, honest, and unfiltered communication.Proactivity: A "pitbull" mentality—you chase down answers and solutions rather than waiting for instructions.Savvy & Diplomatic: Exceptional communication & negotiation skills to handle everyone from high-level partners to subcontractors.Adaptability: You thrive in an evolving startup environment where change is the only constant.Cultural Fit (Grahana DNA)Agility & Results Closure (Open and Close): You prioritize task completion and close processes with speed and agility. You ensure work is completed within deadlines and never leave projects unfinished or in "standby".Ownership & Hands-On Execution: You involve yourself deeply in every process to ensure things happen. You possess a "thick-skinned" ownership mentality, willing to "get into the mud" to solve issues personally rather than delegating responsibility to third parties.High Standards & Professional Excellence: You understand that demanding excellence from employees and providers is the only path to a winning team. You define clear roles (Leader/Executor/Support) and use performance valuations to maintain high-quality results.Anticipation & Strategic Structure: You stay three steps ahead by creating the processes and best practices necessary to scale. You are disciplined with deadlines and organized in communication, using tools like Monday.com to maintain efficiency and coordination.Solution-Oriented & Disruptive Thinking: You face daily problems with the mindset that "there is always a solution". You are disruptive, presenting innovative alternatives to make things possible even when others say it cannot be done.
