To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator / Accounts Payable Accountant with hands-on SAP experience and strong English skills. Your Responsibilities Process, verify and post incoming invoices using digital workflows in SAP Maintain vendor master data and support supplier payment runs Support VAT-related activities (documentation, EC Sales Lists, cooperation with tax advisors) Assist in the administrative management of fixed assets Support monthly, quarterly and annual closings Maintain and control provisions schedules Review travel expenses and prepare basic reports Support internal and external audits Your Profile Degree or vocational training in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or accounts payable role Hands-on experience with SAP (FI – Accounts Payable) Fluent English (C1 level) – daily use in an international environment Structured, independent and reliable working style Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills What We Offer Permanent position in a stable and growing international company International working environment with daily use of English Professional development and learning opportunities (SAP, accounting, international exposure) Long-term growth perspective within the finance organization
