Junior PMO

Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a PMO that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.Main Responsabilities:Governance and CoordinationSupport the Business and IT Program Lead and moderate weekly PMO meetings and Scrum ceremonies, including agenda preparation and follow-up.Facilitate bi-weekly Workstream Leads meetings, ensuring alignment across IT, Business, and Veeva stakeholders.Align with Global Veeva PMO, US PMO, and local PMOs to ensure consistency in planning, execution, and reporting.Support SteerCo and Sponsor meetings by preparing materials and writing minutes.Documentation & Knowledge ManagementMaintain and evolve the dedicated Confluence space, including:Risk LogDecision LogProject PlanJIRA BoardAccess and Service Catalog RequestsBuild and consolidate documentation in SharePoint for broader team access.AccessSkills & ExperienceAt least 2 years experience in a similar roleGood communication and written skills in englishHighly organized, being able to handle stakeholders and vendor PMOUnderstand complex program and project structuresAt least 2 years experience in a similar roleExperience in Scrum metodologyPMO ExperienceExperience with Major programsJira/ConfluenceWhat do We offerPermanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
