We provide expertise in: System Safety & Reliability Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Hardware & Software Assurance Model-Based Systems Engineering Aircraft Cybersecurity Systems Engineering We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant to support our Finance Department. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing and internationally recognized aerospace company, providing essential support in accounting and administrative tasks. Location: Madrid (Spain). Significant opportunities for professional growth due to the company's rapid expansion. Main responsibilities: Support in processing supplier and client invoices . Assist in monthly accounting tasks (account reconciliations, postings, expense reports, etc.). Maintain financial records and ensure documentation is properly organized. Provide support in bank reconciliations and payment processes. Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management. Collaborate with the Finance Manager in daily administrative and accounting tasks. Required qualifications and experience: Vocational Education and Training (Grado Medio or Superior) in Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent. Solid knowledge of accounting principles and interest in developing a career in finance. Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. Valued: English proficiency, given the company's international environment.
