Nuestro cliente, una compañía internacional del sector travel & mobility, con sede en el distrito 22@ de Barcelona, está buscando incorporar un/a People Executive para fortalecer su área de Personas y asegurar que el día a día en la oficina fluya de forma excelente. Sobre el rol Como People Executive , tendrás un rol muy transversal entre HR y Office Management. Reportarás a la Head of People y serás clave para impulsar iniciativas de cultura, engagement y employer branding, apoyar procesos de selección y garantizar que la oficina de Barcelona y el entorno híbrido funcionen de forma impecable. Tus responsabilidades Impulsar iniciativas que mejoren la experiencia del empleado en todas las etapas: onboarding, desarrollo y offboarding. Participar activamente en procesos de selección: sourcing , entrevistas, coordinación y comunicación con candidatos. Coordinar eventos corporativos, sesiones internas, acciones de team building y actividades de comunicación interna. Crear contenidos para employer branding en LinkedIn y otras plataformas internas. Mantener y actualizar sistemas de RR. HH. y generar informes que ayuden a tomar decisiones. Dar soporte en operaciones y administración de HR. Asegurar el soporte necesario para empleados en modalidad híbrida o remota. Gestionar el buen funcionamiento de la oficina: suministros, mantenimiento y mejoras del espacio.
