At Revlon, a leading multinational cosmetic company, we are seeking a Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in developing accurate demand forecasts that support our commercial strategy and business growth.This role sits at the heart of the organization, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning and contributing directly to the company's success.What You'll Do:Build and manage demand forecasts (volume & value) through the S&OP processDevelop mid- to long-term plans (up to 18 months) and short-term weekly forecastsAnalyze sales history, POS data, inventory, and trends to identify risks and opportunitiesPartner with Marketing on new product launches and discontinuations (forecast assumptions, cannibalization, rankings)Collaborate with Sales to define pipeline needsCommunicate demand projections to FinanceTrack and report key KPIs: Forecast Accuracy & Bias, Service Level, Stock Coverage, Business WasteIdentify gaps in the demand plan and drive corrective actionsManage demand changes within the time fence in coordination with Supply PlanningDrive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and planning processesWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or similar; MSc preferred)3–5 years of Supply Chain experience, including 2+ years in Demand PlanningHands-on experience with S&OP / IBPStrong knowledge of SAP, APO, or ManugisticsAdvanced Excel skillsAPICS certification is a plusFluent SpanishFluent English required (C1)Additional European languages are a plusKey Competencies:Collaborative, business-oriented approachStrong understanding of Supply Chain fundamentalsComfortably challenging assumptions constructivelyProactive and curiousAbility to manage the development of multi-category brand forecasts for regular business and special events.Ability to direct prompt constructive action based on forecast deviations.Creative problem-solving skills.Consensus management.Proven ability to analyze and consolidate large volumes of data, develop a fact-based point of view, and communicate it effectively and convincingly.Why Revlon?Work in a global, iconic beauty companyHigh visibility role with real business impactStrong cross-functional collaborationBe part of an international team
