We are looking for a strong Technical Lead to drive AIOps and modern cloud infrastructure initiatives. No se demore, desplácese hacia abajo y envíe su solicitud lo antes posible para no perder la oportunidad.You will architect, build, and scale cloud-native platforms with a strong emphasis on automation, observability, and open standards, while partnering closely with engineering, product, and operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & AIOpsLead or significantly contribute to an AIOps engineering team, driving automation, intelligence, and operational excellenceDefine and implement AIOps strategies across monitoring, alerting, incident intelligence, and remediationEvaluate and integrate AI-powered tooling, including cloud-native and vendor-agnostic solutionsCloud & Infrastructure EngineeringDesign, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure primarily onAWS , with exposure toAzurewhere requiredArchitect and manageKubernetes (k8s) -based platforms for high availability, performance, and reliabilityPromote infrastructure best practices including reliability, security, scalability, and cost optimizationDeveloper Experience (DX) & Platform EnablementImprove developer experience through standardized platforms, tooling, and automationSupport CI/CD, environment consistency, and self-service infrastructure patternsCollaborate with application and platform teams to reduce operational frictionEngineering & ArchitectureDevelop and review code primarily inPython , with exposure toReactwhere needed for tooling or dashboardsWork with data systems and metrics platforms; familiarity with analytical databases such asClickHouseis a plusAdvocate for open standards, cloud-native xohynlm patterns, and vendor-agnostic architecturesRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong technical background incloud infrastructure and platform engineeringDeep experience withKubernetes (k8s)in production environmentsHands-on experience withAWS ; working knowledge ofAzureor multi-cloud strategies is a plusExperience leading or mentoring engineers, either formally or technicallyProficient inPython ; familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such asReactis beneficialSolid understanding of AIOps, observability, monitoring, and automation concepts
