SAP FICO Support AnalystGlobal End Customer£Are you a proactive SAP professional who enjoys supporting a truly global user community? This is your chance to play a key role in the continued evolution of a major international organisation's S4HANA landscape and reporting capability.You will join a highly collaborative Global Applications team, providing functional and technical support that keeps vital business operations running smoothly across Finance, Procurement, Projects and Grants. Deliver daily support and troubleshooting for S4HANA across multiple business functionsImplement enhancements, configuration changes and patches with technical teamsSupport testing cycles including scripts, execution and documentationMaintain knowledge base and support resources for 5,000+ usersContribute to change controls, releases and ongoing system optimisationSafeguard data quality across Finance, Procurement and Project processesEnsure integration accuracy with connected platforms including BI and HR solutionsChampion adoption of standardised global processes and data governanceStrong experience supporting SAP ECC and ideally S4HANA with good knowledge of Finance processesSkilled in testing methodologies, service transition and change managementSystem configuration experience in FICOAbility to balance operational demands with project involvementSAP certification and familiarity with Fiori (advantageous)Work remotely with a globally connected teamContribute to a meaningful mission focused on equality and social impactGrow your skills supporting a major S4HANA transformation and BI reporting overhaulCollaborate with experts driving global ERP standards and innovationCollaborate with experts driving global ERP standards and innovation
