Opportunity – Technical Product Owner About the roleWe are looking for a Technical Product Owner to lead the evolution of an internal software engineering excellence platform. This role has a strong focus on automation, SDLC modernization, and the integration of AI/GenAI-powered solutions within large-scale engineering environments.You will act as a key bridge between technical teams (engineering, architecture, security) and product stakeholders, driving internal products following an InnerSource and continuous improvement mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and continuously evolve the product roadmap, aligned with the engineering strategy.Prioritize features enabling SDLC automation and integration with developer and security tools (CI/CD, code analysis, etc.).Drive the transition from manual processes to automated, scalable, and tool-agnostic assessments.Work closely with technical users to understand workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.Support adoption of the platform across multiple teams and entities.Clearly communicate product value and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Contribute to engineering standards covering quality, security, sustainability, and best practices.Professional Experience5–8 years of experience in software engineering, developer platforms, or engineering productivity.Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in technical or internal products.Hands-on exposure to automation initiatives and/or AI/GenAI-powered tools.Experience in large, distributed, multi-stakeholder environments.Technical KnowledgeStrong understanding of the end-to-end SDLC and DevSecOps practices.Familiarity with code quality and security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA).Knowledge of modern architectures, microservices, and cloud-native environments.Experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.Ability to assess feasibility and impact of AI/GenAI features.Why join this project?
