Se trata de colaborar estrechamente en la creación de prototipos, herramientas y productos, con un enfoque claramente AI-first y en un entorno donde blockchain y AI son la base tecnológica de todo lo que hacemos. RESPONSABILIDADES: Trabajar directamente conmigo para transformar ideas en prototipos y productos funcionales. Diseñar, desarrollar y lanzar proyectos end-to-end , desde la conceptualización hasta la ejecución. Gestionar múltiples iniciativas en paralelo, adaptándose con rapidez a nuevos inputs y cambios de prioridad. Utilizar IA y LLMs de forma intensiva y diaria como parte central del proceso de desarrollo. Programar con asistencia de IA de manera nativa (Claude Code es un requisito imprescindible ). Tomar decisiones técnicas de forma autónoma, priorizando ejecución y velocidad. Proponer mejoras, iteraciones o pivotes cuando sea necesario. REQUISITOS: Buen dominio de Python y capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos Full Stack. Uso habitual y avanzado de herramientas de IA / LLMs en el día a día. Conocimiento sólido de blockchain y sistemas descentralizados (requisito imprescindible). Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía y asumir responsabilidad sobre los proyectos. Mentalidad práctica, orientada a la ejecución y a la finalización de tareas. Comodidad en entornos dinámicos, cambiantes y de alta exigencia. No es necesario un perfil senior. Sí es imprescindible criterio técnico, iniciativa y ganas de construir. QUÉ OFREZCO: Colaboración directa conmigo como CEO. Proyectos reales, innovadores y técnicamente exigentes. Alto grado de autonomía y libertad técnica. Entorno de trabajo ágil, creativo y enfocado en impacto. Modelo de trabajo híbrido, con varios días a la semana trabajando presencialmente conmigo y el resto en remoto. La distribución concreta se definirá de forma flexible según el proyecto y las necesidades. CONSIDERACIONES FINALES: No se valoran títulos ni años de experiencia de forma prioritaria.
