We build smart, connected devices, but more importantly, we're here to break taboos, challenge outdated systems, and put women's bodies back at the center of healthcare.After strong wins in other markets, we're ready to enter into Spain — and we're looking for a Freelance Influencer Marketing Manager to help us do it right.This role is for someone who knows the Spanish creator landscape inside out, thinks both creatively and commercially, and wants their work to actually mean something.What you'll do🇪🇸 Own influencer marketing for SpainBuild, grow, and optimize Perifit's influencer strategy in the Spanish marketIdentify and collaborate with creators who genuinely align with our mission Drive performance (without killing creativity)Run ROI-focused sales-first campaigns: awareness, education, conversionTrack performance, extract insights, and continuously iterate Manage creator relationships end-to-endOutreach, negotiation, briefing, follow-up, reportingBuild long-term partnerships, not one-off posts Work closely with the brand teamCollaborate with Brand, Social, and Paid teams to make sure influencer content fits into the bigger pictureHelp adapt creator content for ads and other marketing channels when relevantYou're probably a great fit if...You have proven experience managing high-performing sales-first influencer campaigns in SpainYou're fluent in Spanish and EnglishYou already have a strong network of Spanish creators in the motherhood, women's health, and wellbeing communities on Instagram and TikTok (YouTube is a plus)You're comfortable juggling strategy + execution on a small but ambitious time budgetYou care about women's health, feminism, and breaking taboosYou're organized, autonomous, and not afraid of numbersWhat we offer6 hours/week freelance collaboration to start off, with flexibility and room to grow as the program grows100% remote — work from wherever you do your best thinkingDirect collaboration with a small, sharp, deeply committed teamThe chance to help shape how women's health is talked about in Spain
