The ideal candidate has several years of hands-on experience in a corporate travel environment (e.g., Amex GBT, BCD Travel, FCM) and is proficient in Amadeus GDS (cryptic) and Concur Travel for booking and managing travel services.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and book domestic and international travel for employees, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and train tickets.Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company travel policies and cost guidelines.Provide responsive support for travel-related issues, including itinerary changes, cancellations, and urgent requests.Collaborate with travel vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize travel programs and improve cost efficiency.Process corporate credit card statements related to travel expenses.Purchase travel services such as hotel accommodations for meetings and events.Qualifications Several years of experience working in a corporate travel agency (e.g., Amex GBT, BCD Travel, FCM).Completed apprenticeship or academic degree in travel management/travel agency or a related field.Expert-level proficiency in Amadeus Selling Platform (cryptic) for booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and rail.Experience with online booking tools, especially Concur Travel.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills in English and German.Knowledge of IATA regulations.Essential Skills & Tools
