We are looking for a talented Oracle Database Administrator for the IT Platform of a multinational leader in the banking sector located in Madrid. Job Conditions & Benefits Employment Type: Permanent contract. Work Mode: Hybrid (1 day / week in the office, 4 remote). ️ Location: Madrid Capital (near Avda América/Arturo Soria). Annual budget for professional certifications Requirements: The ideal candidate has a background on the following points: Administration Oracle 11g and specially 12c RMAN Fluent ENGLISH (B2) Valued (not mandatory) Oracle enterprise Manager Oracle ASM Oracle RAC Linux administration skills Dataguard Multitenant environments Golden Gate Exadata Scripting in Ansible/Python Role and Responsibilities This position is focus on the Administration of Oracle databases in European scope contributing to ensure the DBA services provided to the business are stable, resilient and performant. The DBA-Oracle team is responsible for production support of all Oracle databases in Europe, most of them located in Paris and London. Support activities include: Monitoring and capacity management Backup and recovery Performance analysis New database/server architecture and builds Ad hoc consulting to application teams General incident and service request resolution Change Management
