Your mission will be to oversee and optimise our operations process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery and internal workflows. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about operational excellence and innovation in the furniture industry. As the Head of Operations at CUBRO, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic and growing startup.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.Proven experience in Operations Management or Consulting.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to strategise and solve problems effectively.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of supply chain and logistics management.Proficiency in data analysis and budget management.Experience in the furniture or manufacturing industry is a plus.Fluent in Spanish and English. French is a plus.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning and ExecutionDevelop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that align with CUBRO's business goals.Oversee the execution of operational plans to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business.2. Production and Supplier ManagementCollaborate with external suppliers to ensure timely and quality production of our products.Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to secure favourable terms and maintain supply chain resilience.Coordinate with the technical office to ensure product designs are feasible and optimized for production.Implement strict quality control measures to ensure all products meet the highest standards.3. Logistics and DistributionOversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of products.Implement systems and processes to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.Lead the aftersales service team to provide excellent customer service, handle customer complaints, and manage returns and repairs.4. Team Leadership and DevelopmentLead and mentor a diverse team.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages team growth and development.5. Budget ManagementManage the operational budget, including cost analysis and reduction strategies.Provide regular financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.6.
